Melissa Cowan

Director of Family Services & Planning

Melissa uses her financial acumen and report-building experience to provide support for many aspects of the family office. She joined Square Deal in 2014 as director of family services and planning, and she handles asset management, estate planning, insurance, and other projects. Her previous experience as a wealth management associate at Morgan Stanley makes her a natural fit for this role.

She has a BS in finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has earned her Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. Her favorite part of the work is serving others and managing details to keep things running efficiently.

Melissa and her husband Danny have two children.
