As a real estate broker, business owner, and investment executive, Sam is uniquely qualified as a real estate asset manager for Square Deal Capital. Since 2014, he has provided a full spectrum of real estate services for their commercial and residential properties. 

Working in the marketplace every day with tenants and landlords to lease facilities, Sam understands the transactions and trends that shape the real estate market. He is results-oriented and committed to serving landlords and tenants, always quick to solve problems and find creative solutions.

He is active in the Metro Business Club, OKC Chamber of Commerce, Edmond Chamber of Commerce, and the Phi Delta Theta Education Foundation. Sam has also taken an active leadership role in the local commercial real estate market. He is a past president of the Commercial Real Estate Council (CREC) a local organization of over 200 individuals active in the commercial real estate industry and has served on the OKC Mayor’s Development Roundtable.  Other past activities include the Board of Governors for the Allied Real Estate Commercial Services and Co-Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Commercial Information Exchange.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance with a minor in economics from OU. He holds his Oklahoma real estate brokerage license and has held his National Investment License Series 7, State Investment License – Series 63 and his Investment License for Annuities. He is also the managing broker for ARC Real Estate Investor Solutions, a commercial real estate company specializing in long-term investments.  

He and his wife Nancy have three children.
